I love this book! I have been using Annette Noontil's book regularly for years now. I catch some type of bug, I look it up, follow the directions (provided I follow the directions), it goes away.

I absolutely love this book. I am a Naturopath and refer to this book regularly both for myself and the people that see me for advice.
The book is very easily structured and has me hooked every time I refer to it. Absolutely brilliant.

Though I have owned and perused Louise Hay's somewhat similar book "Heal Your Body" for numerous years, Ms. Noontil's book comes to insights in her own distinct style, and was worth the price to me. It'll permanently reside on my bookshelf--I've already consulted it about several situations. Also it is well composed--detailed yet cogent.
