Directions
For the first time users- Since everybody's system is different, it is better to start with a diluted strength and gradually increase the strength to fit your needs. 1). I have just started to use this. On the package, they suggest, in the beginning brewing 1 tea bag in 3-4 cups of water so your body can get used to the product. When I did that, I found it didn't work for me (I must have a stubborn system)so I just use 1 teabag per one cup of water and by the next morning, I am ready. I do not have any cramps with it but you know, full well when you have to go and it does get rid of a lot of waste. And another good thing is that you don't go all day. Once you have that nice bathroom visit in the morning, you are good for the rest of the day. Good stuff.

I bought this thinking it wasn't going to work. But let me tell you , this product is awesome. For theose people that are trying to loose weight and can't this is the product for you. What this does is move your bowel movements. With no cramps. If you take this daily I promise this will make u loose weight. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months.

I bought this in hopes of losing weight and lost nothing. It didn't seem to do much of anything for me, except have me go to the bathroom.
