I have lost 10 pounds drinking this tea every night before bed time. Every morning I have a bowel movement.It has a great cleansing effect. Just be careful and try to dilute it if you are a first time user. Because this product contains SENNA a form a laxitive and can cause abdominal cramping if misuse. I gave this product a three star for the abdominal cramping I had experience. and A five star for the weight I have lost.

I have been using this product for almost one year and have nothing negative to say about it. I have tried four flavors not particular, so I buy whichever gives the most for my money. It work and keep you regular-no cramping or diarrhea. Keeps you Trimm. Get it and see it start to work.

I've been drinking this tea for a while now, it works fast and defintly will take a load out of you LOL..So make sure your at home for a least 12hrs or so. But it will cause craps sometimes and if you over do it you will not be able to have a bowel movement without it so be careful. I was using it everyday and I had to stop drinking it for a while because I was not having a bowel movement with out it. It took me humm, I'll say at least two months before my bowels was back to normal so again be careful not to overdo it. I may use it now once every two weeks.
