Helpful, but too much nutrition, exercise info.,

While this book is helpful as a basic tool for understanding what you'll go through with liposuction, and which areas can be done, it spends too much time on nutrition and exercises. These are things that the surgeon will go over with the patient, and, for me, it was a detour from the real reason I bought the book: to find out more about which areas can be done, what recovery will be like, etc. I didn't really learn anything new from this book, but if you want the basics, it's not bad...
