It MIGHT have highlighting, underlining, be missing a dust jacket, or SLIGHT water damage, but over-all itâ€TMs still a good book at a great price! About the Author

Brent BJ Rowley is a man of varied interests who describes himself as an enterprising entrepreneur-someone determined to experience life to its fullest. He has a diverse background in such things as real estate development and construction, commercial explosives, venture capital brokerage, and music composing and recording, to mention only a few. BJ currently works fulltime as a network engineer. Writing young-adult fiction is a relatively new interest recently added to his list. I enjoy adventure stories about exciting and interesting things that could possibly happen to normal, everyday people, he says. My Body Fell Off! (also formerly published as Light Traveler: The Adventure Begins) is his first novel. BJ also enjoys photography, aviation, playing the piano, and spending time with his family. He lives with his wife and the youngest three of his five children in Orem, Utah.

I just found out that BJ Rowley's book was being offered free to Kindle readers (at the moment). I know it won't be a freebie for long, and I LOVE this book so am getting my free one now... but couldn't resist offering a quick review. I read this book a few years ago and so thoroughly enjoyed it. Rowley has a great sense of humor and a wonderful style. Even though it's a "young adult" book and I am hardly a young adult anymore, I still found the plot to be a blast. The book is well worth purchasing, since teenagers and adults alike will enjoy it!

Bart Elderberry has been one of my favorite characters ever since I read this book in a print edition. It's so hard to be a teen and have scary things happen and hard choices to make.

My Body Fell Off is the first in the Light Traveler Adventure Series that ended with #3. Now the author is back, getting his books on Kindle, and putting the finishing touches on book #4 in this series.

BJ Rowley is a masterful storyteller. I'm positive he has a crystal-clear memory of what it was like to be young...and male...and awkward...and have a super power. Well, maybe not that last thing, but his imagination is awesome, too! I can hardly wait for the fourth book in this series to appear!

I haven't found too many books like this one. You can find many books on the subject if you want to learn "how to" techniques of getting out of your body, but what if you just want a good story? What if you just want a novel adventure about an esoteric topic that is usually ignored? Well if that's what you want, this is the book you're looking for. It's not particularly realistic as far as OBEs go; the protagonist can get out of his body far to easily. But who cares. This book lets you entertain the idea of a life that is not limited to the physical realm. For me, it helps me visualize myself that much closer to doing it. But besides that, it's just plain fun. I wish someone would make a series of movies like this OBE thriller. This is the kind of book that you can't put down. And it's not that big, so you'll get through it quickly, leaving you thirsting for more.

I was told to read this by my boss and was a little reluctant. So I read a couple other books before I finally gave in and read this book. Well I wasn't able to put it down once I started it. I had a hard time not skipping to the end to find out what happens. Books like that are hard to come by for me. I like suspense oooohhhh so very much and this kept me on my toes wondering what is going to happen. Well I went and got the other two kindle books of this series and pretty much read them way to fast for my liking since I now have to wait for who knows how long for the 4th book to come out. I love books that keep me guessing and hoping and biting my lip or my nails in anticipation for what is to come. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

This is a most interesting story about a boy who has to face his talent (astral projection) and its consequences.
I found the story so thrilling, that I almost read the book at one time only throughout the night. The following morning I had swollen eyes ! The only other book about this subject which fascinated me equally was "Frabato,The Magician" by Franz Bardon.
Due to this book I was less shocked. One tends to think that some things simply happen much too fast...
But in itself a truly and thoroughly fascinating book, and most recomendable.
Anyone interested in this subject, but yet "a beginner", will find itvery helpful.

Imagine what might happen if one day you discover you can leave your body! This is just what happens to the hero, Bart. As he is discovering this talent, he also stumbles onto a sinister plot that threatens the lives of those he loves. I think young adults around the country will have as hard a time putting this novel down as I did. I have also read the second novel, and it's even better. I'm so glad the author has finally come out with a third!

I found this book in the paperback version in a second-hand store. Although it was evidently intended for teens, I thoroughly enjoyed the book, and I am a grandmother! It was truly hard to put down, and I read the book in just a couple of long readings. The characters are pretty well developed, and the action moves along at a nice pace. There were some unexpected twists to the plot, which kept my interest. I was pleasantly surprised!
