I have used ton of WHEY proteins from ON, BSN, NOW FOODS (Isolate), GNC, MET-Rx and so on. I am a 29 year old, 177 lb, 6 feet tall and 12% body fat and have never seen any SIGNIFICANT difference between different brands. I know you might question and say brand X is best or purest, right, but for me they mostly worked the same and helped me to get my gains through out 5 years of work out. No magic short cut.

I have been taking Body Fortress almost for two years straight every morning. I mostly buy it from WALMART, but made a subscription in Amazon for the monthly delivery. For this specific Body Fortress since I have tried all different flavors, I recommend cookie and cream, and strawberry after it. This is how I make my shake every morning: (I always mix in BLENDER)
==================================================================
Calories almost: 360
Half a cup skim milk (higher calorie than water but less than full milk)
1 scoop cookie and cream flavor Body Fortress whey protein
1 ripe banana
4 ice cubes (DON'T FORGET THIS)
tiny bit of cinnamon (for its thermogenic fat burning effect, preventing sugar spike)
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Calories almost: 390
Half a cup orange juice or orange+peach or orange+coconut or orange+strawberry juice
1 scoop strawberry flavor Body Fortess whey protein
1/2 cup of frozen berries (preferably black and raspberry) (No need for ice since these are frozen)
1 table spoon of Norwegian Cod liver oil (for your essential fatty acids)
tiny bit of cinnamon (for its thermogenic fat burning effect)
==================================================================
Make any of the above shakes (cookie and cream preferably) and enjoy a thick, tasty, thick nutritious shake.

Just a quick reminder: Don't keep on taking icy cold shakes every morning like me straight for a year, then your stomach will get upset.

First, I want point out that at my walmart, I can get this for 15 bucks. $15 is the price I'm basing this review on. I would not give it 5 stars for the price it is on here. No disrespect to amazon, but I'm just saying.

Ive used a lot more expensive products, so I know what to compare it to. For it's price range, it's an excellent product. There's nothing wrong with using this protein, it'll work.

Protein:calories Ratio
Good. 26 grams protein for 140 cals. Definitely acceptable.

Mixability
Better than I expected. I mixed 2 scoops in about 16 ounces of water with a knife and it actually almost all dissolved within 20 seconds. Ive seen far worse. No major clumping.

Taste
Not terrible. I wouldn't call it great, but it is drinkable even in water. In milk it's pretty good. If the added calories aren't a concern, I would suggest adding .5-1 tablespoon of peanut butter to it. That greatly improves the flavor.

I'm giving this flavor of the product 5 stars for its quality relative to its price. Yes, there are better products out there, but for 2-3 times the cost. I think body fortress did a great job of making a decent product for an affordable price.

I think it tastes like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups when you mix with milk. It dissolves well in both milk and water.

Listen peeps, as you know, there's different types of protein. Whey protein is the richest in BCAA's and has a fast digestion rate. BUT just as there are different types of proteins, there are different types of Whey protein. There's whey protein isolate, hydrolyzed whey isolate, and whey protein from concentrate. Now most all whey protein supplements (unless it specifically is being sold as Whey protein isolate or Hydrolyzed whey isolate) are a blend of two or all three of those. Per FDA, the first ingredient listed on the breakdown of whey protein source sold has to be the source that makes up the greatest composition of where this product comes from. Which is why this is a $14 to $17 protein :) High quality protein supplements have either whey isolate or hydrolyzed whey isolate as it's main source of whey protein. Guess which source of whey protein is the first listed in the ingredients list for this one: Whey protein from Concentrate... which is also why this one is higher in carbs and fat. Now speaking of amount of actual protein, whey concentrate typically contains between 70 to 80 percent protein (no where near the 90% and above from the isolates), but can be as low as 35% which is basically nothing. This product also does not contain any digestive enzymes. It doesn't matter how much protein you ingest, it's how much you digest.

Now when Brands sell an actual product that they know is low quality, they try to compensate by enhancing other features usually taste, use of fancy packaging, or words like Super, Ultra, Superior, Ground-breaking in their description. The thing is, you buy whey protein to consume whey protein. Yes, Gold Standard Whey and Cellucor products are more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
