two strikes-I'm done,

I ordered this watch on sale and own the similar model in a different color already so I knew what I was getting. Unfortunately the watch was delivered with a dead battery. I returned it the same day and asked for a new one to ship out-no problem. The replacement watch arrived the next day as Amazon return has not let me down in the past. Unfortunately the new watch also had a dead battery, while trying to figure out what could be wrong (I've got one in a different color already so I know how it works) I notced when I advanced the hands to set the time the date actually moved when the hour hand passed the 4 o'clock marker and not the 12. Makes me worry about the watch I already have!
