the writst brace is too short, therefore not unisize. unisize-it fit my 13year olds wrist perfectly but wasn't large enough to wrap around an average size man's wrist comfortably. the thumb strap is too narrow and therefore uncomfortable. and magnetic was just used as a buzz word....this is not magnetic by any stretch of the imagination.

The thumb strap on the wrap actually made my thumb go to sleep during the night because it was not quite long enough and cut off my circulation. I ended up cutting off the straps. The velcro closure did not secure very well and when I would turn over during the night I would inadvertently pull the outside edge open. I liked the full coverage of the wrap, but it did not help my tendonitis and I went back to using my old ones.

I suffer from gangalenes in both wrists and at times one or the other can be really painful. When this happens and I put on the strap I find relief within a couple minutes. Only gave this a four as the thumb elastic is a bit awkward to place comfortably.

I was hesitant but the thing is actually bringing my hand back to life. After 33 years of playing guitar and carpal tunnel release surgery, this thing works and i am slowly getting the ability to pay again!!!!!
