Shoddy product. The velcro started coming off after only two trips to the gym. Has fine wrist support actually, but you'll get too little use out of this product to make it worthwhile.

Quality is not so great, after about 2 weeks the stitching came loose and the Velcro was not good either. I thought bodyglove would make a better product.

I have arthritis in my wrists and when I carve it is agitated. I find that wearing this wrist wrap helps greatly. I looked at all the expensive braces and wraps and none seemed to support the wrist while allowing general movement. This one does and is quick and easy to put on and take off.
