I am usually pretty mellow about products but this started to tear the first time I put it on. By the third time wearing, there are chunks of neoprene falling off and the covering fabric has huge runs like a nylon stocking. I chose medium because I am a female with a size 10 shoe (size 7 men's shoe). Save your money! If you do order, get a size that seems far too large for you.
