Nice case...........,

I had been searching for a case for my v60 for a quite some time. This is finally it. It fits very well and has an opening for every port, microphone, etc. so the case never has to be removed for charging, etc.. I bought this...[the]... only place I could find a picture of the case (this case is not even on the Body Glove website!). Although not mentioned in the description, there is a window for the external caller ID. The case does not add too much to the size of the phone and makes the phone easier to grab, read the caller ID and open the phone without fumbling around and inadvertently pushing the buttons on the sides of the phone. The material does not look cheap and the case is not cheaply constructed. We are pleased!

I an satisfied overall with this product. It keeps my phone protected from my clumsines. However I am very unhappy how I go to all this trouble to protect my phone, but the stitching has left little mini nicks on the silver portion at the top of the phone. I payed good money for the phone and the case and it got nicked because I was trying to protect my phone. Also, the handy dandy clip has loosened already.. I already have placed an order from the Motorola website for a leather phone case, hopefully this one has more thought placed into it's construction

I got this in mid-2003, so it may have changed since then. The clip it came with (as I recall) was rather large and angular; if you wear something on your belt, you don't want too many hard edges when you bend over! I purchased the V60 case sold by Verizon, which came with a more rounded clip - but continued to use the Body Glove case because the neoprene appeared to offer more protection than thin leather. It has held up pretty well. After 3 years the back and mesh that fits around the top half of the phone have started to tear, but still usable. The failure point was finally the grommet that snaps into the clip: it broke in half and came loose from the case fabric. Still, decent life considering I wear the phone every day, everywhere. I just removed the case to replace it, and the phone still looks new underneath. I have dropped it more times than I would like, and I'm sure the case has protected it cosmetically, and probably functionally as well. Would buy again, but I still have that Verizon case so I'm using that now.

I like the Motola Clip that comes with it. However is not safe for the V60 at all. This Cellsuit DOES the job very well, nice finishing, materials and looks! If you need to keep it Guarded against everyday use it,this is it! I do not see how can you break the CLIP unless you try to use it WITHOUT its realease tab...GREAT BUY!!!!

Good Case - Flimsy Belt Clip,

The belt clip literally fell apart within 2 weeks of use. I was able to put it back together, but now the phone won't lock in properly and I'm afraid of using the clip for fear of losing my phone. The locking system is pretty standard though. I'm carrying the phone in my coat pocket until I have time to dig around the house for the clip from my old phone. Or I can pick one up for a few bucks at Radio Shack. I like the case itself. It looks good, has decent ergonomics, and protects your phone. But when looking at the price, add on a few dollars for a replacement belt clip.

Body Glove Cellsuit - poor design,
This review is from: Body Glove Cellsuit Neoprene Phone Case for Motorola V60 Phones, Black (Wireless Phone Accessory)
The case is fine, but the belt clip is terrible! When pressing the clip to put it on (or take it off) your belt, its extremely hard to open more than a tiny bit. Their old style had a metal spring design that worked well. This new design is only a piece of plastic that must be flexed. I went to the Verizon store and found a one that worked perfect for less money.

I've had my V60 in a cellsuit for about a year and have found it easy to use and secure. The clip fits even on my thick belts though it feels more comfortable on thinner belts. Other than a small shiny wear area showing on the back snap, the case exterior still looks new. The buckle clip broke recently so I ordered a new cellsuit--best cell phone case I've encountered so far.
