Putting this together was dangerous due to the very sharp edges. I did all the exercises once and immediately took it apart to return it (I got a full refund but I was out the cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping ~ $80). This machine is useless. Allow me to demonstrate why: Look at a picture of this equipment. Now imagine doing the simple bench press type exercise where you sit on the seat and push that arm bar forward. If you have any resistance at all installed you will end up simply pushing yourself backward, which is disturbing since you are trying keep your body vertical and stationary while pushing your arms forward. It's simple physics. You could lower the resistance and just use the equipment to work on technique and mechanics, which in principle might be useful if you require some type of low resistance physical therapy, however, this "trainer" fails miserably in that regard also. It is impossible to adjust the seat and bars for good positioning and the range of motion is truly un-natural. Unless your body type and size are a precise match for this equipment you will almost certainly end up hurting yourself. Please avoid this equipment.

I've used this product now for several years and have never had any of the problems mentioned above. It has toned and firmed my body in less time, with less effort, than any other program or contraption I've ever used. My only gripe is replacing the bands. I've snapped several now and Jake charges a small fortune per band. Right now I need two 10's, one 5 and one 25 and Jake wants about seventy bucks plus shipping. grrrr....

I have had this product for 1 year now. It is okay but and I haven't had any problems as the others that have bought this item. The bands have lasted thru all the exercises that I have done and I exercise with the machine 3 days out of the week and spend my other 3 days doing cardio. I am going to buy the Neo Shaper because I don't have to fool with the bands and break my nails. So anyone considering buying this I would more than likely recommend to invest your money in the neo shaper.

First off once and if the bands break were are you suppose to order repalcements? In addition the leg attatchment I had would not fit on the frame like it should! After getting tired of fooling with this machine I threw it in the garbage.
