Nothing I tried ever worked before. I had tried every diet out there. I was tired all the time, and could not seem to lose weight no matter what I did--even working out daily didn't help much. Caroline has given me the key to solving my health issues. I am losing weight easily now and am getting more in tune with the reaction my body has to the food I eat. I can now immediately tell if I have consumed something I should not have.

If you are tired, overweight, have sinus problems, mood swings, and have tried everything else, then you need this book. It has worked for me!

My Mother is currently undergoing chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. I was frightened and anxious and unsure how to help my mother recover fully and quickly. And then God sent me an angel in the form of Caroline Sutherland and her wonderful book! Caroline explained clearly and simply what my mother should eat and drink, and what she must avoid.

I even learned a few things that would enhance my own health, and now I look and feel younger, more energetic, and more radiant as a result of incorporating Caroline's suggestions into my daily routine.

I'm happy to report that my mother is recovering very well, thanks in part to Caroline's book. The book is an easy-to-read blend of stories about Caroline's clients and practical suggestions to improve health. It's clear that Caroline Sutherland is an extraordinary woman who deeply cares. She's committed to helping people attain perfect health, and her book is something you'll want to refer to again and again.

Your body CAN communicate with you on what it needs -- and what is not so good for it. The use and value of Applied Kinesiology has demonstrated this to me, over and over, since 1981 when my chiropractor introduced me to it. So, the "energy fields" that are the unseen part of our body can be accessed for information -- for the "Body's Wisdom." I have experienced Caroline Sutherland's work. She "tunes into" these energy fields of information -- and her readings are SO RIGHT ON. I easily lost 20 pounds (in 4 months) by following her individual advice FOR ME on avoiding grains (including soy), limiting dairy, reducing carbs, and dealing with my Candida issues. The greatest value of her book includes how a person's sensitivity (allergy?) to certain foods will not only hold on weight, but affects the immune system -- and that YOU CAN TEST YOURSELF for these sensitivities. (No one ever died from NOT eating grains ... or dairy ... or orange juice!) Also, her information on Candida is very important. Caroline is authentic and dedicated to good health.
