I thoroughly enjoyed reading "Beginner's Guide to Fitness". The introduction of the various factors that should be considered was nicely ordered, progressing from the most basic to the more complex, and paralleled my own experiences in working with the Richmond Marathon Training Team in preparation for my first marathon at age 71. I wish that I had read this book before I started my training. It would have made it easier to get this old body back to the necessary amount of strength and endurance necessary to run 26.2 miles. I'm impressed both by the simplicity and the thoroughness of the advice in this book. I'm recommending it to all of my friends!

I've been reading this book on my iPhone Kindle app while doing my work out and it's really helpful. It is very positive and encouraging and more than once has kept me from slacking off. And having it on my Kindle app on my iPhone means that it's right there when I'm working out, when I actually need it and am thinking about fitness anyway. I have no problem highly recommending this book to everyone.

I've been a follower of Hailey's advice for several years now and I have to say it's about time that the powers that be that be got around to writing a new guide specifically for ebooks! Hailey's straight forward information and easy to follow instructions are essential for those just beginning a work out regimen or someone who is looking to maintain their physique. Body Mechanics: Beginner's Guide to Fitness is a wonderful tool to download and use while you're in the gym or on your treadmill at home.
