Once I began reading this book I could not put it down! A beautifully written book that really transports you deep into the author's innermost thoughts and feelings. It was so real to me. So many books explain the "what to expect when you are expecting" but none comes as close as this one to really expressing what a women feels when something doesn't go as she expected. I highly recommend this book to any women who is or has been pregnant and any man who is wanting to understand her.

I suffered through HG with both of my pregnancies. My 2nd being severe and very similar to the author's. This book is not a boring text explaining the illness, but instead a beautifully written journey. It was a blessing to read someone's personal experience as I went through my journey. Her writing is wonderful and the book is a story of her feelings, thoughts, dreams, and experience. Loved it.
