Body Reflexology: Healing at Your Fingertips defines reflex points as energy junctions that relay and reinforce energy along meridian lines of the body, passing energy toward the organs and the nervous system. The book states that the palm of the right hand is positive and stimulates energy, and that the palm of the left hand is negative, sedative, and cleaning.

The book came wonderfully wrapped in bubble wrap. The book is in very very good condition just as the ad said it was. It was delivered in a very timely manner. The seller sent an informational email indicating when I would anticipate the delivery and how it would be delivered.
