I ordered this based on the price and the fact that it had a seat as well as the arm bars I read the reviews of more expensive models and had a bit of anxiety towards putting it together. It only took about an hour and as long as you use your own tools and not the dollar store rejects they give you should have no problems.

I am giving this only three stars based on 2 things, First I am 6foot tall and when I use it as an elliptical its a bit tight and I do tend to punch myself a little when it comes back but I solved that by reversing them.

The other reason is also the handles being a little short. It feels like I'm punching downward instead of parallel. This machine is definitely designed for smaller men or women. but, besides that I do get a decent workout on it. Overall if you're looking for a value I would recommend this.

This is a pretty good little piece of equipment. For the money, you probably can't beat it. I've been using it for a few weeks, and so far so good. Its seems pretty solid. I'm in pretty good shape and this machine will definitely give a good workout. The motion is smooth and there's not much sway at all (I'm 5'9", 175 lbs). I like the adjustments to the seat, it gives you a good range. Its also pretty light and rolls easily. All in all, can't find anything to complain about.

Little bit of noise. But it's ok. Initially the body case is touching/rubbing against the wheel, which caused more noise. But I easily fixed it. So it is better now.
Overall.... decent product for that price. 2-in-1...I like it...!!!

I love this product!! I haven't exercised for quite awhile. I have degenerative bone disease in my knees and lower back and hip. This has been very easy and low impact on my knees and lower back. It feels to get to exercise again. This was easy to put together and most of it was already done. It was packaged very well and came at the right time as indicated to me. I would recommend this to anybody who needs that low impact type of exercise. I have been using the bicycle part of it and have gone up to twenties minutes already. I am so pleased. This is certainly a wonderful machine!!!!!

I have used this machine everyday for 5 days for at least 20-30 minutes and have already lost almost 3 pounds and almost an inch off of my waist! I am an absolute bargain hunter and will not spend more than I have to for anything. I believe this is a great product for the price and I got mine on sale for only $99 at Modell's! Certain things I don't trust having shipped so that is probably why I didn't have such a hard time others are. Sorry guys. It does exactly what its supposed to do. This product has been very good in performance. Smooth operation, not jarring. I use it primarily at night and it has not interrupted anyone's sleep. The bike seat is a great addition. Helps me work my thighs well and keep my heart rate up if I do not feel like standing. I am 5' 4" and I am comfortable using the machine. I did reverse the handles contrary to the instructions because it felt like I was punching towards the floor. Now they tilt inward towards me to prevent that feeling. The elliptical has a small footprint, it takes up a little over half the length of a yoga mat that I have it on. It has made a little more noise after a few days but a little WD-40 solved that problem. Thankfully I did not have an issue with any missing parts. Deal with a reputable seller and you will not be disappointed in the product for those of you looking for a good value. I gave it four stars for a not so accurate calorie counter since calories burnt vary from person to person. I use a heart monitor for that, now I just use the computer for the clock to keep my workout time.

First, I'm rather short. Maybe taller people would have a little better time with this.

The bike part is fine, even if the seat is a little uncomfortable. The Elliptical is difficult and pitches you forward so you're almost impaling yourself on the bike handles/readout. Trying to decide if I should take that part off (since I don't hold on to the handles when I ride anyway). Very disappointing, since the elliptical was the reason I bought this model and not just a bike.

Assembly was ok, my first time putting something like this together. I think I did something wrong with the pole that holds the handles. They WARN you to make sure it's centered, thought I did, but something is off on the right side. Waiting for a friend who's more experienced at this type of assembly to come over and take a look. So, I'm being careful with it until I'm sure it's assembled correctly.

Price was very good, main reason I bought it. But, I expected to be able to use the elliptical too. Would not buy this again, knowing what I know now.

I have had this for 4 days now and I love it! It's not difficult to put together at all, I did it by myself in about 25 minutes. I love that I can sit and ride for a while, then stand and run for a while on the same machine. I am loving it and hope to see results with burning fat.

This was compact and inexpensive, just what I needed. I didn't want to spend hundreds for an elliptical if I was only going through an exercise phase. It was easy to put together, although I would use your own tools and not the ones it comes with. I love the seat. I can sit when my legs really start to burn without having to stop completely. It's a great starter machine. I would recommend it.

My wife and I are both retired and felt the need for more exercise that we could do in a climate controlled environment. We had looked into several other elliptical trainers but everything we saw was $!,800 plus. Then we saw the Body Rider at Amazon.

It took both of us to assemble the machine but it was quite straightforward how to do so. It took us about three hours to assemble and adjust to our comfort.

The quality of construction and finish are excellent.

Title says it all. I understand it is a lower priced machine but still. Bought/received early past November and spent all Jan 30th afternoon cutting down a refridgerator box to fit, packing and now I have to ship it back. The inner workings/ gears instantly went from light odd noise to severe grinding and definitely ruined. It has a fairly uncomfortable seat, the extension arms continually loosen and the wheel tightener was less than satisfactory. I made do with these smaller problems until the gearing went out this morning. I am 30 lbs under its weight limit and only used thirty minutes per day. It's kind of a shame 'cause overall I did "kinda" like it (I am picky) but the major breakdown leads me to investing more money in another brand. I strongly suggest going to a local sporting goods store, doing some homework and spending more money on a nicer machine. The hassle of repacking isn't worth it let alone all the other little problems. I hope this helps others. Lynndavidl
