I am writing this review mainly to counter the earlier 1-star review. The book is much better than the reviewer makes it out to be. (What are "aesthetic arms" anyway?) I followed the suggested intermediate workout for about 3 months and I definitely got results. My biceps have never looked bigger. I recommend this book if you need the following:

1) A workout program that focuses exclusively on your shoulders and arms and, to a lesser extent, your chest.
2) A large catalog of exercises on that same focus area, with good instructions on proper form. Useful for expanding on the book's program or creating your own.

Highly recommended if you've grown weary of an all-around strength workout and just want to focus on your guns.
