Good toning, September 11, 2007
This review is from: Body Sculpting Bodyweight Exercises for Women (Paperback)
As a new mother with no time to spare, a Tae-bo fanatic and an old gymnast...i found this book to be very helpful to remind me of some tough exercises to do when i feel a "little soft on the tummy".
All of these exercises are aimed at the core of the body, and therefore helping the efficiently of every moment spent to do them. Although the high price of this book (cause B&W pictures are not very stimulating), I recommend this to anybody who has already done some real push-ups in their life and want to tone their flubber...
Warning: be careful about some exercises that can be hurtful if you have never done some physical activites that gave you a good knowledge of your body
P.S. Results come fast as well

I don't have this book yet, however I will be getting it relatively soon. I own Eddie Baran's Gymnastic Abs, which is a good program. However, I would like to recommend to any who are considering purchasing this product to go to [...] The book costs only $29.95 (plus S/H) there, and that's his official website. Best of luck, ladies!
