Book Description

Body Sculpting Exercises for Women Over 40 is a 7 chapter, no fluff guide for any woman who wants to look and feel the best they can be.

As with all the, “Fit Expert Series” books this volume delves into the heart and soul of looking great at 40 and beyond.

As we get older our bodies change and gravity begins to kick in. We lose more and more muscle tone and so in order to stay strong and look youthful we need to incorporate a regular health and fitness program into our lives.

Now that doesn’t mean you have to train seven days a week for 4 hours a day and eat like a rabbit. No, you need to live your life, but you also need to take a little extra care of your body as you age.

Who Can Benefit from this Book?

First of all you don’t have to be aged 40 to enjoy the benefits that this book has to offer. All information provided is primarily directed at the older woman but the exercises and routines can be used by anyone younger.

• Women who are noticing certain areas of their bodies beginning to sag and want to take control to firm those areas up.

• Women who are not sure what type of program is best for them and would like to choose which they feel would suit their lifestyle best.

• Women searching for the ideal nutrition plan.

• Women who are very busy and only have a small amount of time to train each day.

• Women who are out of shape, maybe have been living a sedentary lifestyle, and want to break the cycle by living a healthier life.

• Women who don’t feel comfortable going to the gym and want an exercise program they can follow at home. (There are many to choose from!).
• Women who are bored with the same old advice and same old exercise workouts.

• Women who want to improve their confidence so as they can get all they can out of life.

• Women who are already living a healthy lifestyle and want to learn more about bettering themselves mentally and physically.
• Women who have focused their lives on other commitments, work, children, husband, etc, and have now allocated sometime in the day for themselves.

• Women who are single and want to look at their best when going on dates.

• Women who want to try new experiences and discover their personal best with whatever they do.

• Men can do these programs too. Hey why not? If you are a couple why not train together.

Each chapter in this book has been written by a different professional fitness expert. The information, tips, tricks and advice offered by these trainers are unique to this book and will provide you with the tools to look and feel amazing.

How Can this Book Help Improve your Life?

• You will discover ways to lift and firm up your breasts and buttocks.

Editorial Reviews

Review

"This one is really good. Easy to follow and my missus seems to be sticking to it. The nutritional advice is surprising but excellent. We are all following it now in our house, even if we don't stick to the fitness programme.." - The Book Review

"
My mom can't stop talking about Andy Charalambous' new book. I think she might actually stick to this program, and even better, she says she already feels fitter. 7 simple chapters. Danny Kavadlo's third chapter is especially insightful. Recommended." - Jorge De La Garza

About the Author

Andy Charalambous was born in London, England, to Greek immigrant parents. He grew up in East London where he trained and worked as a carpenter. He moved to South London and changed careers to do what he enjoyed the most; spend time in the gym. He qualified as a personal trainer and massage therapist and worked in many top health clubs in and around London. He recently started work building his ebook brand "Fit Scribbler", at www.fitscribbler.com, which at present has a collection of health and fitness books which focus on particular areas of womens' wellbeing. He plans on doing a series of these and then doing a series focusing on mens' wellbeing. He also writes books on different topics just to keep things fresh. For the time being Andy has settled in Spain. One of the main reasons he moved there is because of the climate and the less stressful way of life. When he is not working on building a new website or writing he trains on the beach, cycles, swims, reads, rollerblades and does whatever he can to keep any negative thoughts at bay. "We have more control over our lives than we think. The sooner we realize this the better the chances are of reaching our goals and fulfiling our dreams" - Andy.

3.0 out of 5 stars Look younger? Yes, please! September 10, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
After the birth of my first child, I felt like I had aged 10 years in one. I know that exercise can make you feel and even look younger but actually doing what is good for you is the hard part. In "Body Sculpting Exercises for Women over 40," Andy Charalambous focus's in on what is essential for women to know, what to do and why. It's a great resource to gain more energy, enthusiasm for life and yes, look younger. What I really liked about the book is that it gives a lot of good research without feeling like a heavy textbook. It's easy to read, easy to follow exercises, and I feel more positive about fitness for having read it.

Got to read a preview of Danny Kavadlo's chapter, which was clear, thoughtful, and inspiring. And combined with the additional perspectives and resources, it's a great addition to my library!

2.0 out of 5 stars hard to read April 22, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Some of the information was very helpful, but I found it difficult to read because it had so many typos and grammatical errors. I recommend the author 're-edit the book and release a revised version.

It is too much work to look at the book and try and do the exercised....especially when you dont know the exact moves. The pictures help but not the same as a DVD.

There are lots of people giving "advice" in my opinion, not true excercises, and surely not educational on the "40" year old gal.
