This item is a little dated and I wish it were available on DVD. So few of us know how to lift weights and these instructions are terrific! There are a variety of moves so that you can select what you can do comfortably. You'll see results in a month! I highly recommend this VCR.

This is a tape I personally use for free weight workouts. Its simple, easy to do, snd so for the best tape I've found for women to use to learn weight training.
