I found this ball great. Though it says 30" it pumped up to about 22". It must be thirty inches unpumped. I found the pump helpful, and was able to pump it up very firm with the included pump. It is pretty latexy, but I don't mind. I keep it indoors and it hasn't popped for over a year. It seems pretty rugged. If you really want a giant ball (like I did), don't buy it. Otherwise it's a good ball.

I have the 65 cm model, and it came as described. It is has more of a latex feel than some of the more rigid, plastic-feeling balls, and it is not as rigid as I have experienced in the past. Still rugged and very useful, but it is probably better suited for folks 6" shorter than advertised.
