We bought this for my wife who is pregnant and experiencing terrible back pain. This is a wonderful product! I was trying to massage her by hand , but I could not get deep enough without the muscles in my hands starting to spasm. With this product I can get deep into her muscles without my hand getting tired. Amazingly, I can feel her spasmed muscles so that I know where I need to be working. The ball is big enough that it is not like a sharp point. The action on this is very smooth. We paid $15.95 plus tax and consider it a huge bargain. With this and a Jeanie Rub massager, we are able to get my wife's back where she can sleep at night.

I got this in a mall last year for $5.99 and thought I was getting ripped off considering what it was, but bought it anyways because it was only $5.99. It is literally a rollerball in a holder- you could use an empty roll-on deodorant bottle and get the same results.
