The unique Iso-Flex arms make it easy to work out almost every major muscle group, offering such exercises as chest presses, shoulder presses, pectoral flies, and resistance ab crunches. You don't even have to get up to change exercises--just reach around, move the selector pin, and keep going. In addition, the G8I offers a swiveling dual pulley lat station for performing conventional pulldowns, independent crossover, or diverging pulldowns, along with an adjustable DuraFirm back pad with a lumbar support that's comfortable and balanced, helping you isolate your mid and lower lats for a more targeted workout.

The G8I is smooth and comfortable thanks to the friction-free SmoothGlide bearing system, which offers a biomechanically accurate pivot point. The leg developer station also boasts an integrated CAM that prevents resistance drop-off at the end of the exercise movement. This provides consistent resistance throughout the full range of motion.
