This ab board is easy to assemble, comfortable to use (even in the highest position), and very solid and stable. I would definitely recommend this ab board, especially for the price range it's in. It is very adjustable, with positions high enough to give even someone with well-conditioned abs a burn, to barely above flat on the floor. I will definitely be able to maintain my "six-pack" with a quick, daily routine on this.

Really solidly built, no wobbling. It would be improved by better caps to hold on the padded rollers, but it's terrific.

Pros:
1. Incline adjustment mechanism requires minimum effort to adjust the board angle.
2. The knee and ankle rollers are positioned at the right distance to keep your legs motionless but comfortable.
3. The DuraFirm extra thick padding feels soft and smooth, even the rollers are covered with same material.
4. My favorite feature is the 12 positions for increased or decreased difficulty, at the sharpest angle it almost feels like you are hanging upside down.
5. The two small wheels on the front is a nice touch - you can roll this thing around from room to room like a vacuum cleaner.

Cons: NONE!

This thing is great and well worth the money. Looks like it wouldn't be sturdy when you use it but I'm 6'3" 195lbs and this thing is rock solid throughout an exercise. You can wrap your legs around the top and do a traditional sit-up on an incline. Or you can turn around and do leg lifts by holding onto the bar that controls the angle. The bench is long too, so no worries about hitting my head on the floor. Went together pretty smoothly and a great buy.

This is a great ab machine 20 levels from flat on the floor to a deep slant this thing is awsome. Its also storabe you can lift the board all the way up to the top and take it off leaving it in 2 pieces and put it flat against the wall to save space. Changing hight positions is easy and so is taking it apart in to two pieces for storage. Because of the leg cusioning it probably won't fit under your bed (unless its a pretty high bed), but as i said you can put it flat against a wall to save space. I love this feature because i like saving all the space i can in a room. The other reviews seemed to cover everything else you need to know, but did not mention the space saving feature or the 20 level hight adjustment, so i hope this helps you make an informed decision. oh yea it is very sturdy even at level 20 there is no shaking when you are going up and down on this machine. I'm 100% recomending this product for great sturdy incline sit-ups. Happy shopping and gl which you won't need with this product. (assembly takes 20-30min)

I just received the GAB60 and am very pleased. Very solid, gym quality. I read the reviews of some cheaper ones and decided to spend a little more. Well worth it. When using, it does not move. You can also increase the angle and
stretch out on it the way you would on an inversion chair. Because the instructions are limited please remember to
put the nylon bushing, D7, in so the hole is facing the adjustment height pin. Now I have this, a rowing machine, and an electronic stepper. That's really all you need. P.S. take an 18 inch piece of wood, like the size on a broom
handle, drill a hole in the middle, put a clothesline piece of rope tied to a 5lb weight, and you got a great roll
up, and if you do them behind your neck, can do different muscles.

I've used a few different types of slantboards before I decided to purchase this one. The main reason I bought this one is because of the position of the pads to hold your legs in. I've tried some at a few gyms with ones in differnt positions, but they are just not comfortable to me. I based my choice on the position being similar to one at had at my previous job. The only thing I really dislike about the board is that it doesn't have a handle which can make it easier to get up on. The solution is to grab onto the bar that you adjust the height with, but if you have the board on the steepest incline, then there's not really anything to grab. It does take a little work to adjust the incline, but it's not that big of a deal.

It is a little expensive, but I seriously would not buy one of the cheaper ones because I'm pretty sure that I wouldn't be too happy with them. I'm glad I purchased this particular slantboard.

Received in good shape. Went together in a little over an hour (I had my 17 year old put it together as he is using it also). :) Built solid. The up/down adjustment is a little stiff at first but once it's used a little it loosened up for me. Provides a stable platform for situps. Best bang for the buck I could find on the internet. And Amazon had by far the best price on this specific item.

This ab bench is great. It is very sturdy and doesn't shake at all when you use it. It is adjustable to over ten different height settings so you can increase the difficulty as you improve your strength. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get in shape and have a great ab workout. The only thing I dislike about it are the instructions to assemble it. There are no step by step directions, only a 1 sheet diagram showing what goes where. Some of the pieces also don't fit together easily and it takes alot of effort.....but once you figure it out and assemble it, it is a great piece of equipment.

This product is affordable and very sturdy. I didn't think I was going to get as high quality a product as I did. If you search online you can find this at a very affordable price compared to whats out there and this is probably the best of them. Its got a wide base so you can twist on it and it will not wobble. And this thing can get some very hard angles. Great addition to my home gym.
