Super fast sipping to MEXICO!
Diana Martinez
This head harness is definitely built well, with tough stitching and good nylon, however, the one adjustable strap in the front does not give a good fit.
B. A. Canright
It is absolutely not adjustable. the velcro in the front does absolutely nothing If the product is as poorly designed as this.

Review update: After a few months using the harness, I just realized I could easily disconnect the chain from the very nice carabiner-type clip, and the chain will easily pass through the standard 1-inch hole in the center of a weight plate. So this harness now has my unqualified, strong recommendation. Incidentally, the neck exercise has continued to improve my posture and my appearance. A valuable addition to my routine! I tried to change my rating to 5 stars, but Amazon apparently freezes the number of stars when you make your first judgment. Fortunately, Amazon does allow updates to the text of the review.

I spent about an hour reading about different head harnesses before trying this one. I have been using it for a few weeks, and I am very happy with it. It is well padded with foam rubber covered in cloth, and the padding is about 1/2 inch thick, so it does not hurt or damage my skin to use it. The hardware is sturdy, including the clips that connect the chain to the part that fits on your head. I use weight plates that have three holes around the sides of them to make it easy to pick up the plates with one hand. These holes are larger than the hole in the middle of the plates. The clips on the ends of the chain are so large that they would not go through the hole in the middle of the plates, but this is not a problem because of the larger holes. But if you are using the old-fashioned plates that have only a hole in the center (and I'm not talking about Olympic plates with a large center hole), you may not be able to thread the chain through the hole in the center of the plate.

A head harness like this makes it easy to work your neck muscles in a way that seems impossible using any other technique.

This head harness is definitely built well, with tough stitching and good nylon, however, the one adjustable strap in the front does not give a good fit. It is impossible for me to get a tight fit on it because the strap is too long and velcro wont touch. I am thinking about cutting 2 inches off the strap and reattaching it somehow but I dont know. If you have a big head, this will probably good for you. I would send it back but it wasnt all that expensive compared to other options and it is usable, albeit not the tight fit I was looking for.

I've only used this harness a couple of times, but I'm very happy with it. The construction is great. The rubbery foam lining on the inside is comfortable on my head, the big velcro strap makes sizing adjustments simple, and the harness is designed so that it sits fairly high on the head. This means no awkward ear pinching. The chain is short enough so that even though the weight will swing a little bit, it never feels out of balance. You can tell that the neck muscles are getting a good workout. I've naturally got a slender neck and wanted to add some thickness to it without going crazy with elaborate body-builder techniques. So far this seems like the ticket.

I bought this harness about a month ago looking for the best one I could find for under $30. It's been great so far! It feels solid, the neoprene padding protects your head well. I use it with pretty light weight (20 lb.) but I feel confident this harness could hold even more without any trouble. The velcro strap is adjustable and doesn't feel big at all.

Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive but head harness with a good value.

You want a good neck, you need to work it from all angles. This harness hits one side and one side only. I tried switching it around but it just doesn't work that way. Also, it will never be comfortable no matter what, the weights you put on it will make sure it's always in your face and not on your head.

This product is ok, the stitching is really good but, when I put the weights on it and start to use it the font part comes down over my eyes, and I cant see but, I put it on the back of my head and somewhow manage to use it but, it won't stay on my forehead like its suppose ot becasue its alittle bit big but, I still use it and does its job diffently. all in all not a bad buy but just doesnt fit like its suppose to.

I purchased this product from the amount of praise it was getting on the review section. However, it doesn't fit too well on my head, and I don't know if any other person who bought this has the same problem. I still get a descent workout using it, but it tends to slip up or out of place when I use it. I have to use an over-sized beanie for it to fit at least, but it still gets out of place. I should have gotten a different product.

I used this for less than 3 minutes, after 2 sets with 25lbs the stitching in harness ripped right off and the weight almost snapped my neck. Total rip-off, i had the everlast version and it lasted over 6 years.

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!
