This CD is exactly what I wanted, REAL Ocean Waves, no music, no seagulls, just Ocean Waves. I put this CD on to help me sleep at night, put the CD player on "Repeat", and I have Ocean Waves for 8 hours. Perfect for white noise, if your sleep space is sometimes less than quiet.
