Our seven yr old LOVES his Body Sox. He loves it so much, he actually falls asleep with it on him. It's the one constant thing he'll ask to take with him whenever he goes someplace overnight. We will definitely be ordering the next size up when he outgrows this one.

I bought two of these - one for my 3 year old son with sensory integration disorder, and one for my very active eight year old daughter. They both LOVE these, and play and wrestle together in them. When they first got them, they slept in them. Highly recommended for your active kids, especially ones that need some proprioceptive input therapy.

My kids LOVE the body sock we ordered from School Specialty via Amazon.com. It is great for calming frazzled nerves and helping my middle son cope with sensory integration problems. Now we trim his nails while he is in the body sock, and he tolerates it much better. An unexpected benefit - it helps him settle down for sleep at bedtime. Sometimes he sleeps in it all night long. I high recommend this item for kids with sensory issues.
