When you have this on, it expands, like anything stretch. i recommend buying a size smaller than you would plan.

I bought this and a similar version from micracle suit, I like the micracle suit better. This rolls down and doesn't hold my stomach in that much. I am 5'3 and 120 pounds and had a baby 1yr. ago and I have a little pudgy stomach. I think you would be able to find something better than this.
