The thing abouut the BodyCraft F430 Power rack is that it uses pop pins to adjust
the safeties and the bar hooks (J hooks). This makes for really quick adjustments
but consequently you cannot move your J hooks front to back or put them on the
rear supports. So you really have to buy another set of these. Many people seem
to buy a set for the front to face out from the rack and a pair for the rear
support to face into the cage.

I have mine set up so that both sets of J hooks face into the rack. Taking the
rack apart to adjust these would be a pain, so it's easier just to buy these.
Racks that don't use pop pins on the J hooks can be switched front to back easily.
If you already have the F430 rack you might as well get it set up right.
It probably will be the last power rack you will ever need, so it's a good
investment.

I use it for simultaneous squat and bench hooks, heavy duty except for the plastic part which cracked on mine but it still works great. You probably want it. The price is a bit much for what they are, but you'll be glad to have them.
