Directions
Quickly heat in the microwave for 45 seconds or use cold from the freezer. To clean, move the grain away from the area and clean with a damp cloth.

This AROMATHERAPY HOT/COLD PACK weighs 1 pound and is approximately 7 1/2" long and 7 " wide and is made of soft polar fleece on one side, which allows for moist heat penetration, and black cordura on the other side, which maximizes heat and cold retention.

Since Amazon didn't mention it, the heart pillow smells like chamomile, cardamom, peppermint and clover in case anyone wondered. I love these because not only are they a seattle product, but it's the only aroma therapy pillow that doesn't make me sneeze.
