I have been using the pillow for a couple weeks and am happy with it. Sometimes it is hard to balance while sleeping on my side, but as soon as I find a comfortable spot, I'm out like a light. I have yet to see if it is helping with my neck pain, but I know I am sleeping more supported than I was before.

The pillow was to high around the edges so it gave me a stiff neck. I could not use it to sleep so I am using it between my legs .
