This ball does its job. The only complaint I have is that you have to keep adding air. It doesn't stay tight. I use it daily so maybe it is normal wear and tear for these balls. It has stood up to my three-year old son who gives it a run for its money. That says a lot for me. I would say this is a good value for both ball and pump. I have even used my pump for other...

1.0 out of 5 stars 65cm ball with pump
The ball is alot smaller than 65cm, which should be about 26"... it's more like 20". I noticed other customers had similar sizing problems with these. & as stated by others, YES, the pump is useless. the one attachment that screws in either breaks right away or keeps falling out. & there's no way to adequately fill the ball with enough air since it starts leaking from the...

The ball is alot smaller than 65cm, which should be about 26"... it's more like 20". I noticed other customers had similar sizing problems with these. & as stated by others, YES, the pump is useless. the one attachment that screws in either breaks right away or keeps falling out. & there's no way to adequately fill the ball with enough air since it starts leaking from the pump device itself once you get it closer to being filled & the pressure of the air forces it back to the pump. I'm giving this ball away... hoping someone ALOT shorter than 5'7" can get some use out of it. The material the ball is made of seems durable, so if you're looking to buy this one, get a size up & invest in a decent pump. The 65cm ball would probably work best for someone less than 5'6" tall.

1.0 out of 5 stars Body Trends 55cm exercise ball with pump, September 19, 2005
This review is from: BodyTrends 60/65cm Anti-Burst Blue Exercise Ball and Faster Blaster Pump (Misc.)
The pump supplied with the ball was next to useless. The plastic valve supplied to pump up the ball was designed to screw into the pump. I was never able to get the connection tight - the valve just kept turning in the pump. The pump delivered very little air with each pump stroke, and my arms were exhausted before I could get the ball pumped up. Once the ball was partly inflated air leaked out of the top of the pump, and it was necessary to pump very fast in order to get more air into the ball. I managed to borrow a better pump from a friend and was able to inflate the ball further. However, I was never able to inflaate the ball to 55 cm. The fully inflated ball was much smaller than at least three other exercise balls claiming to be 55 cm. I would not recommend this product at all.

The plastic tip screws on and off and you can put on other valves.

This ball was VERY small and very poor quality. Pump is a piece of junk and very cheap. Don't waste your money on this ball.

The 55CM is a bit small for even short people like myself. I ended up getting the 65CM too. The ball is very durable and holds air well.

This is the second stability ball that I have purchased, as the first one (of a different brand) was too large for me. This stability ball is better quality, and less expensive than the first one that I purchased. For first-time stability ball users - definitely get a ball the correct size for you. My work-out routine has improved a great deal once I began using the correct size ball for me (55cm). One minor problem with this item is that it did not come with directions for inflation or a tape measure in order to determine if it was properly inflated. (The last stability ball that I purchased instructed me to inflate it 80%, let it sit for about an hour, and then inflate it to it's full size.) I would definitely recommend this item!

5.0 out of 5 stars I use it everyday and bought one for my sister., November 13, 2006
This review is from: BodyTrends 60/65cm Anti-Burst Blue Exercise Ball and Faster Blaster Pump (Misc.)
I have tried everything to lose weight and tone my body after giving birth to twins and this did the trick. Easy to use at home while the babies are sleeping and the DVD gave me ideas for creative work out routines. I did learn from customer service that you should pump up the ball and let it sit for 24 hours and pump it up again to reach the perfect size diameter. They were very helpful when I call their hotline. I shopped around and this was the best deal with a great price attached. Most balls do not provide instructions or information on what to do but this one I would recommend for anyone wanting to get fit.

5.0 out of 5 stars Super Tough Ball!, December 22, 2008
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: BodyTrends 60/65cm Anti-Burst Blue Exercise Ball and Faster Blaster Pump (Misc.)
The Anti-Burst Ball has gone way above & beyond the call of duty. In addition to being used for it's intended "Balance Ball" purpose for a quite gerthy gal, the ball has been dribbled...yes dribbled by 6'3" men for fun, has been used as auxillary seating when too many quest show up or it's too much trouble to fetch a chair and it has been rolled at least a hundred miles around inside the house by the grandson & other little ones, who think it's the coolest toy!
