A great book on honest bodybuilding instruction,

Lou Ravelles book may seem, by todays standards, to be very basic and out-dated. However for someone seeking honest, down to earth, really classic reading on weight-training, then Lou Ravelle is second to none.Anyone can profit from this book written in the pre-steroid days.
