The X4 is distinguished by its quadruple weight stack design (200 pounds each), which lets four different people work out simultaneously on different weight stations at the same time. It's ideal for families who want to make their workouts more efficient, or for friends who want to keep their pulse rate high while circuit training. The X4 offers four training stations. Station one, the fully adjustable training/cable arms, can duplicate every exercise you've ever performed with dumbbells (more than 100 in all). The station also includes a high pulley for lat pull downs, tricep pushdowns, and more. The adjustable dual cable column (station two), meanwhile, provides resistance at any angle and at any desired height, with static handles mounted to the frame to help keep your balance when performing leg exercises.

Station three is designed for machine-style bench presses, incline presses, shoulder presses, and seated rows. This includes a self-aligning leg extension/leg curl option and a mid pulley for ab crunches and triceps extensions. Finally, station four supports leg presses and calf raises for full leg development, with creative cabling that doubles the resistance ratio to create up to 400 pounds of resistance.

Construction details include heavy-gauge steel tubing; 4.5-inch diameter, fiberglass-reinforced nylon pulleys with sealed ball bearing hubs; internally lubricated cables rated at more than 2,000 pounds of tensile strength; extremely dense foam upholstery with double-stitched, heavy-gauge vinyl covers; 1.25-inch-thick, precision-milled weight plates with EZ Glide nylon bushings; and a platinum gray powder-coated finish. The X4 measures 82 by 83 by 114 inches (W x H x D) and comes with a straight bar, lat bar, ankle strap, ab strap, hand grips, and a workout DVD.
