I love this book! I found it to be a very helpful breakdown of how to eat well & enjoy the taste of food. My favorite page is about what to keep in your pantry at all times, so you have enough items to make a proper meal/snack. I reference it constantly before grocery shopping. It has a great selection of recipes, including some specific for migraines, pregnancy, & stress reduction. Along with having a beautiful layout and nice photography, this book helps breakdown what foods do for your body, how they can help your body and what to avoid that hurts your body...and what foods you just can't replace because it's simply not worth the lost in taste! (ie. margarine for butter)

Most of the recipes have ingredients that I don't even know what it is and some things a little weird for me but the information through out the book is so great. It gets me excited to eat more healthy and that is needed!
