I bought this product in order to help with preventing blisters on my feet during extended runs. I applied it liberally to my feet. It did not work. My feet still sweat and there was still friction between my feet and the shoe. A product that is far superior is 2toms blister shield. That product kept me feet dry and reduced friction.

Works great. No hot spot blisters from friction. Apply all over bottom of feet and toes. Apply to sides of feet and toes where blisters occur. Worked great over old blisters as well. Good product will order more.
