• Elastic Tubes: The four, 4' elastic tubes are made in the USA using the continuous dip method (most durable - highest quality) and have varying degrees of tension (from 5 to 19 pounds). Each tube features heavy duty, solid aluminum clips connected at each end.
• Handles: The handles are made from hard, rigid plastic with soft foam in the middle. They are extra-wide for additional comfort and can be used for several upper and lower body exercises.

Takes up next to no room and provides a rigorous workout. You can select the level of your workout by the band (each band requires a different amount of effort to stretch), by the exercise you perform and by how many reps you do. The DVD is okay (I usually turn the sound way down), it helps me to keep track of the reps and which exercise to do next.

It takes 12-30 minutes for the exercises (depending on whether you do 1, 2 or 3 rounds of exercises) and my fitness level has increased in just a few months of 1 - 2 times per week.

It is very easy to take on trips, takes up very little room and adds next to nothing in weight.

Bolylastics holds true to it's reputation and promise, and you can use it for several reasons: losing weight, weight training, cardio, the list goes on... Apart from the DVD (not a bad workout video), the online membership has many videos and helpful material. I'm a TKD black belt and I use this system for both strength/resistance training and cardio. If you know what you're doing you can adapt the system to your own exercises and needs in little to no room. I've been at it for a month (can't afford the gym) and it feels much better (have seen power and definition in my arms and legs already) than most equipment out there + free weights b/c the tension bands are the best I've come across after years of searching and being let down by other products, which were way too expensive!!!!!

We were so impressed we just ordered another set so my husband and I can work out together. The set is very compact, easy to take on the road so you have no excuse to work out! Comes with a very easy to follow DVD workout that includes Cardio and offers beginning, intermediate and advanced options. Check out the included manual for hundreds of exercise ideas with these bands too! Very easy to increase the resistance with the clip on bands!
