Arniflora helps after aqua aerobics,

I have an addiction to aqua aerobics. I am 53 and have bone on bone knees. I frequently have aches and pains and find arnica gel to be a help. I dont use it every day but when I ache and dont want to use Advil, I turn to Arniflora gel. I have let others in my group of exercisers know about it too.
