Works fine
I have mild to moderate psoriasis on my hands. This is certainly not a cure, but it is one of the best creams I have found to relieve the itching without causing pain. It is not greasy. It absorbs quickly and the aroma is non-offensive to non-existent.

Opposite efffect
I have occasional very minor psoriasis and wanted a natural product to relieve it. This product made it worse!
