The book is not the one I had expected, through no fault of the seller who was attentive to my expectations and offered to reimburse the total cost of purchase. I had expected a book by the same title which I had owned years ago, it had different excercises to prepare for different sports and an extensive updated program in every imaginable level and machine created up to that time. The book I got was about 1/3 the size, with extremely old photos and equipment pictured. It was not very helpful for my level, and I am a beginner. If interested in the 'Builder's Bible' make sure you do some research to get the best book available out there. Good luck.
