I am 75 years old, with very thin skin. I bruise very easily. I was hoping that this product would stop or minimize the bruising. The following text is copied from the product's box:(begin quote) Uses -- For relief of muscle aches and stiffness due to minor injuries, over-exertion, falls and blows. Reduces pain, swelling, and discoloration from bruises. (end quote) I have not found this product helpful in preventing or minimizing discoloration from my bruises caused by very slight bumps to my hands and arms with no pain or discomfort.

I use this product quite often to relieve muscular pain. I have found it very useful.

Got this along with the Hyland's - Arnica Montana 30x, 250 tablets. Used these on many occasions with absolutely NO noticeable benefit. Easy to use, no greasiness.

No pain relief came from using this ALONG with the Tabs, and I had a bruise that did not go away very quickly while using these tabs AND the cream at the same time. Put the cream on my sore muscles, and on the bruise at least 6 - 7 times a day for over two weeks. Absolutely NO benefit!

I don't know how these other reviewers found any relief from using these Arnica products, but I found absolutely NO relief or benefit from using them.

I apply this cream to my husbands back almost daily. This has been a life savor in my household as my husband suffers from a broken back,and other back,joint and muscle issues he says it helps him quite a bit. I have even used it for my bruises as I bruise easily and have also used it for my joints as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and Lupus. I have recommended this product to a lot of people and will continue to do so.

I suffer from neck and back muscle tightness and soreness. I have been searching for relief for over a year and a half to no avail. I was given this cream by my acupuncturist to use as needed. I applied and right away my neck and shoulders felt relief. I worry about taking a lot of ibuprofin and now I don't have to. I would recommend this to anybody suffering from chronic muscle pain.

So I saw on Dr. Oz that Arnicare cream was good for sore muscles or what not, but this stuff doesn't do anything for sore muscles. It would be better to use for a massaging cream, but don't expect it to melt your pain away.

I bought this cream for my husband after he fell snowboarding and had a large hematoma and bruise on his lower back. Within 2 days of using this Arnica cream he noticed vast improvement, much faster than if it had been healing on it's own. Problem resolved within 1 week! It actually works!

I've been using arnica gel for years to help with the healing of bruises and soothing of sore muscles and the Boiron brand of Arnicare cream or gel are the products that I keep coming back to. Arnicare really works and is not greasy, and a bonus, it doesn't have a strong scent like other muscle creams. My 89 year old Mom uses this to help soothe her pain from arthritis.

I bruise very, very easily--it runs in my family. Over 10 years ago a friend who is into homeopathic remedies told me I needed to start using arnica for my bruises. I never bothered because it seemed ludicrous to me that a lotion could penetrate the skin deeply enough to do anything about a bruise. Then, for unknown reasons, the bruises are starting to bug me after all these years, and I can no longer stand to wear shorts in the summer when my legs have dings from the coffee table or picnic benches. So I decided to take the plunge and give arnica a chance. I bought this one because it was prime eligible. Well, I've been using this stuff for a week and I can't believe it, it works! Bruises that I got last weekend helping a friend move are almost gone--these types of bruises would take a month without the arnica. A bruise I got four days ago across one of my shins from a ladder is just barely visible because I started with the arnica as soon as it happened. I should mention that the packaging says to use it 3x a day, and I am using it at least that much when I'm home. Otherwise I'm using it once in the morning and once in the evening before I go to bed. I am still stunned that this is working--I cannot tell you how much I do not believe in this stuff. I even used regular moisturizer on a few bruises, instead of the arnica, to see if it's the rubbing and not the lotion that works, and darnitall, it's the arnica! So if bruises drive you nuts, and you've never believed this stuff can work, I urge you to try it. I know some people say it didn't work for them, but it worked for me, so everyone's different. You might be one of the lucky ones. I'm so glad I tried this! I'll be sending some to my mom so she can get in on the action too.
