My daughter has suffered through frequent, terrible leg aches and I became concerned for the amount of acetaminephin she was taking. After asking around and receiving recommendation for arnica, I was told by a nutrition expert that Boiron labs was the most consistent. This product did what it said it would do.Relieves pain and swelling.Diminishes bruising. Absorbs into the skin with no greasy or sticky feeling.It was recommended to me by a doctor's office and I am pleased with the results and glad I made the purchase.
