I'm a fan of Boiron products and they've done it again. They have produced a great product that does what it claims to do, leaving your bum feeling pain-relieved and giving you the ability to sit with confidence yet again. Works within 2 days. For some, this could be a "quality of life" saver.

The only negative is that it is made with white petrolatum, and, regardless of your feelings on petroleum-based products, this ointment is greasy-icky if you get it on your hands (even a tiny, little amount). Soap doesn't even really remove it. Not completely bothersome, but good to know.

Tubes are small, so they are good for travel (or covertly stashing in a drawer), and a little goes a very long way.

The ointment does not burn and makes you feel comfortable and helps heal and shrink the hemorrhoids. I can now go on with my daily life with out serve pain and that horrible itch. Avenoc Ointment is everything the company claims. I am all healed. No more tears because it hurt horribly and itched so bad. One very happy grandmother. My grandsons are so pleased that I feel better. I will never be with out this product in the house. This is one awesome product!"
