I discovered Arnica through my chiropractor who recommended it after my arthroscopic surgery on my knee. It is wonderful for taking down swelling without having to take a lot of internal medication. It also takes away bruising almost instantly. Wonderful stuff! Ordering online is much more economical than buying it at my health food store.

Arnica gel is excellent for bruises. It relieves tenderness and facilitates quicker return to normal skin color. It has some effect on aches and pains as well. Something to keep in every medicine chest.

It's wonderful for stopping bruises and aches. The gel is very easy to use and not messy. I prefer the gel over the liquid and cream.

I started using Arnicare for muscle aches years ago. I used to be play softball, and after catching in a tournament, I would hardly be able to get out of bed the next day. Then came arnicare; just a little of this spread over the aching muscles quickly had me back on my feet. It is the first thing I use when I have muscle aches or cramps. It works faster than any oral pain reliever I've ever taken, and better to boot. It does have a smell, its kind sweet, and reminds me a little of fruit and spices, so I like it.

Because it's a gel, it's initially cooling to apply it. Has a slightly bad smell to it. Doesn't do a thing for bruising or pain though. Simple massaging will help a bruise go away faster anyway. I have tried this for sprains and backaches but it did not help the pains.

This product is helpful for neuropathy and general arthritic pain. I have enjoyed using it for several years.

My mother's naturopath suggested this lotion. My mother suffers from swollen ankles and knee pain which she has seen many different doctors to try to find relief. I finally sent her to a naturopath as a desperate measure and when she started using this lotion on her knees and ankles she got dramatic results. She asked me to go "on the computer-net" to find a better price and Amazon comes through again. I've tried it on my own aches and pains and have to say it works better than Aspercream or Ben-Gay and has no smell at all.
