With my first child ten years ago I knew nothing about babies unless I read it in books and without any family around to help I fumbled with a lot of things like colic. My baby had the WORST colic resulting in hours and hours of screaming and tears... on both our parts. Oh how I wish someone had suggested Cocyntal!

Now, with my second baby I've had some time to get my mothering feet under me and the nerve to try some less common solutions. I used a nasty pink product that was a fight to get my first to take and didn't work half the time so when baby #2 started having painful gas I decided to try a homeopathic remedy instead. I hit up my local health food store and decided to try Cocyntal mainly because it comes in single-dose tubes so there's no measuring. I figured it might be easier on us both. Not only is it soooooo much easier than measuring out a dose, my baby LIKES the dropper this comes in. She eagerly swallows the drops without any fuss and within 5-15 minutes she settles down.

I cannot recommend this product enough. It has saved my sanity and helped me get some sleep on some really rough nights. After two months of using this as needed I have decided I HAD to review it so other mommies suffering with a gassy little one might consider trying it. Our job as moms is hard enough without watching our babies suffer through a colicy night. :( And the price here on Amazon is excellent! I pay almost the same price for just one pack locally.

We used these for the first 5 weeks after having our son. They were very helpful in calming him down and seem to make him more comfortable. We tried Mylicon and gripe water and neither worked for us. The single dose vials are brilliant - the last thing you want to be doing when you have a crying baby is measuring medicine! Highly recommend this product if your baby has a lot of gas and seems to be in pain (inconsolable crying, stiff body).

Any parent knows how much it hurts to see their little one in pain. That is why the relief these bring is amazing. Our little girl doesn't burp very well so gas is a problem. If she can't be calmed any other way, my wife and I just grab one of these from the table nearby and squirt it in. It has worked within three minutes everytime we have used it. A calm sleeping baby truly is priceless. These are convienent, affordable, and work great. I love the homeopathic option to relieve my child's pain. As always be careful when administering medicine especially to little ones, but these are worth ten times what they charge.

Both of my sons have had moderate to severe colic. I tried using Mylicon with my first but it rarely, if ever, had any effect. I found Cocyntal at my heath food store and decided to try it. It calms a gassy baby enough to allow him to sleep in all but the most extreme episodes. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I will admit I was a little skeptical about using a homeopathic product, but after seeing all of the positive reviews and reaching my threshold with a gassy baby I decided to take the plunge and give this product a try. I am glad I did because it works very well. Within ten minutes of giving one dosage, my baby was passing gas with minimal effort. Before, he was crying all the time and struggling so hard to pass gas. Definitely give this product a try if you have a gassy baby on your hands.

My baby has terrible gas and nothing has helped. Our ped even suggested to try to treat reflux to see if maybe that's the problem but it wasnt. When i first tried cocyntal drops i didn't see any result so after a couple of times i dropped the idea of homeopathic med and moved on to try to accept that we have to wait it out. However as his gas got worse i was desperate. When i tried the drops again, i notices after a few minutes he's able to fall asleep. And i kept trying again and again with each symptom. It really did help each time. Everytime he gets fussy and i hear gargling in his tummy and he's screaming of course, i give an ampule and rock him- he calms down in about 5 minutes and able to fall asleep in my arms. This is the only product that worked for us.

I have spent a small fortune on various gripe waters, simethicone drops, colic tablets, Colic Calm, etc, and these little vials are the ONLY thing that seem to help my 4 month old twin boys when they are crying due to gas pains. And they work fast! There have been several times where one of my babies has been screaming and inconsolable and I can hear his poor tummy gurgling, then I give him a vial (sometimes 2) and within 10 minutes he is usually calm. This has happened too many times for it to merely be coincidence, which is why I swear by these things. I keep some in a basket along with their pacifiers on the coffee table, some on our night stand, and some packed in the diaper bag for easy access.

I have been using this product for the last month and it has made a BIG difference for my baby. She wasn't preemie, but was low birth weight, so her system was still relatively immature and there was not much that the doctors would recommend for her. They simply said all babies have colic and basically "Just deal with it". I found this product while doing some research online and decided to try it since there was little risk of overdose. It works relatively fast and in combination with wearing her in the Baby K'tan, her symptoms have been significantly reduced. They are extremely convenient and portable, so my baby does not have to suffer while we are out. It does not work miracles, but when taking the recommended dosage, it works very well. Since I am placing a 2nd order, I decided to leave a note, so other parents can get help for their babies as well. While I know that all babies are different in their response to treatment, worst case scenario Amazon will give you a refund, so you have nothing to lose but relief and sleep, for you and your baby.
