Purchased for it's success in treating people during the 1918 flu pandemic and for some citations within some modern treatment articles. This Amazon pack is a good value and allows you to also have units on hand for family/friends/etc.

It doesn't work instant miracles, which would be 5-stars, but it does what homeopathic remedies are supposed to do, and Boiron is one of the top companies, if not the top, in commercial homeopathic preparations.
