Not bad for insomniacs,

I'm a chronic insomniac and this product worked well for me taken as directed. It is NOT a substitute for Ambien by an any means and no where near as strong but when combined with melatonin, really helps provide a good night sleep.If you are very stressed, as another reviewer for this product was, I would contact your doctor. This product will not help in those situations.

This product did nothing, didn't even make me drowsy.I was unable to sleep for three nights due to work/family stress related issues. This product got good ratings on the web...but turned out to be a NON-PERFORMER.

Active Ingredients: Hyoscyamus Niger 3X HPUS (3.6 x 0.00000001 mg Alkaloids), Nux Moschata 4C HPUS, Passiflora Incamata 3X HPUS, Stramonium 6X HPUS (1.8 x 0.0000000001 mg Alkaloids). Inactive Ingredients: Croscarmellose Sodium, Lactose, Magnesium Stearate.
Directions
Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older: Take 1 dose (2 tablets) in the evening and at bedtime. Allow the tablets to dissolve in the mouth. Store at 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C).
