4.0 out of 5 stars Not bad for insomniacs
I'm a chronic insomniac and this product worked well for me taken as directed. It is NOT a substitute for Ambien by an any means and no where near as strong but when combined with melatonin, really helps provide a good night sleep.

If you are very stressed, as another reviewer for this product was, I would contact your doctor. This product will not help in...

This product did nothing, didn't even make me drowsy.
I was unable to sleep for three nights due to work/family stress related issues.
This product got good ratings on the web...but turned out to be a NON-PERFORMER.
