This knife isn't bad. It's got a slim profile with good weight to go along with it. It doesn't allow the best grip ever though and there is no jimping. The spine is very smooth.

The blade is of good quality, cuts well, and can take an edge. I would like to put a Satin finish on it to match the handle, or stonewashed. It's a fingerprint magnet out of the box.

Mine has slight vertical blade play. The lockup and the blade do not fit together perfectly. That is why I took off one of the stars.

The other star I took off because there are better "EDC work knives" out there. I just don't find the handle comfortable for an EDC work knife.

In my opinion there are knives that I would rather have out there that cost less. I would list them but I am not trying to steer anyone away from this knife, just giving my honest opinion after owning it for a few months.

Even if mine locked up %100 tight I really just don't think this knife at $40 dollars is a 5 Star Knife.

It's good, but not great.

This is a great knife for the money as it actually has titanium handles and it is below $50.

The Titan is actually a larger knife imo but is still not that bad. It has a great drop point edge with a good belly and it is a full flat grind with a v-edge. It has a tip up reversible clip and a lanyard hole large enough to fit 550 paracord. The lockback is also pretty sturdy with no side-to-side or up-and-down play. The thumbstuds are ambidextrous so this knife is lefty friendly. The is no jimping anywhere on the knife which is fine as this is more of a "gentleman"s knife". The titanium handles has light to medium traction, good enough for everyday use and the ergonomics are terrific, fits/feels great in the hand. The blade steel is 440c with explains the super low price (as well as the "China" tag). 440c on this knife is not too great IMO. I had trouble putting a razor (hair shaving sharp) edge on the knife which is the only con I can find on this knife. Other than that, the edge is still usable for basic tasks and overall this is not a bad knife for the price; you are pretty much just getting an average knife with titanium handles.

Btw the cheapest knife with titanium handles I can find is the Spyderco Sage 2 which is about $155 depending where you shop; it has a much better blade steel and significantly higher quality. So this is a pretty good deal for what your getting. 4.5/5 stars. Hope this helps :)

I purchased this knife based on the reviews alone. I am not familiar with pocket knives but I knew my boyfriend wanted a new one when he complained about his "stupid knife" not cutting through the rope we used to tie down the Christmas tree! He has since told me that he loves it and it is probably the sharpest knife he has ever owned! It was a little bigger than I thought it would be based on the picture (I didn't read the specs) but that hasn't made a difference. It fits nicely in his pocket and he has no complaints!

This knife is every bit as much of a steal as it looks. I was looking for a really nice folding knife that wasn't too expensive and that I could carry every day if I chose. Will I do so all the time? Probably not. I usually have a Leatherman anyway. But for $42 delivered, I could still indulge myself. This knife could not have fit my bill of particulars better. It has a nice large blade (the bigger the blade, generally the more useful the knife), but its so thin that carrying and using the knife does not make me feel like Crocodile Dundee the way say a Buck 110 would.

For pocket carry, I'm unable to suggest any improvements. This is a very thin and relatively light knife that manages to stay out of may way when I don't need it while remaining perfectly accessible when I do need it. As you can see from the picture, there is a thumb stud for one handed opening, and it is ambidextrous which is nice for me since I'm a rightly but prefer to clip this knife to my left pocket.

There are some reviews on this knife that complained it came from the box dull. I was luckier, mine was literally razor sharp (as in sharper than a brand new disposable box cutter). That said, you might not get as lucky as I did, Boker's out of box sharpening appears to be hit or miss in general (I've seen that complaint crop up in reviews from all over the place and on multiple Boker products.

Now this is about as commonplace a design as you could get (unassisted folder with a spine lock and a 3 3/4" blade set in a 5" handle), so the thing that set this knife apart for me would be the materials used in construction. This has a 440C Stainless steel blade set between Titanium handle scales. This is a really tough combination to beat for my purposes.

Sturdy Handle, razor sharp, good weight, and no wiggle in the blade. This will be my EDC for months. It feels like a much more expensive knife than the cost would hint.

This is now one of my favorite EDC knives. The slim profile makes it easy for front or back pocket carry. I have not found anything to beat it for under $45.00.
